I was recently given two Rimmel London Glam Eyes HD($5.69) palettes in the colors 'Black Cab' and 'English Rose' to try. These eye shadows are definitely a creamy powder which I love! That means it goes on smoothly and the color is bright and never goes into the creases of my eye lids. All the things I look for in an eye shadow! These great little palettes also come with 4 colors each! I loved the English Rose palette's lightest shimmer color the most(on the largest section of the pallet-the cross in the middle). It's perfect for highlighting all around the brow bone and inner corners of your eyes. The rest of the colors are in very small sections of the palette and are hard to scoop out without making a mess of the other colors. However, they all blend nicely once you get them on the eye lid with the right brushes! The black color in the 'Black Cab' palette is sparkly as are the other 2 grey tones in the palette. The Black Cab palette is great for a smokey eye look for a night out. I think the Glam Eyes HD palettes are a great value for the $5.69 and are comparable to some very expensive cream shadows out on the market today. If you are looking to do fun new summer look on your eyes in a one stop shop, these Rimmel Glam Eyes HD palettes are perfect!
